Website content, guides, and Technology Health Check results are general educational information. They are not a formal cybersecurity audit, comprehensive diagnostic, guarantee, or substitute for medical, legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Introductory offer
The free 20-minute Technology Health Review is available to Penthouse residents, subject to scheduling and practical availability. No travel charge applies within The Penthouse when practical. Hardware, software, subscriptions, third-party services, specialized data recovery, and work beyond the introductory review are not included.

Any paid work, scope, pricing, timing, and payment terms must be agreed separately. Membership names and benefits shown as proposals are not final offers.

Computer Pros LLC is not responsible for third-party products, internet providers, software services, account policies, outages, or changes outside its control.

Computer Pros LLC is an independent business. The Penthouse Condominium, its board, HOA, management company, and residents do not endorse or sponsor this website unless a written statement expressly says otherwise.
