Information you provide
When you contact Computer Pros LLC, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and a description of the help you are requesting. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive data.
Technology Health Check
The interactive screening is calculated in your browser. The production version is designed not to automatically transmit assessment answers unless you separately submit a contact request. A summary may be retained in your browser's local storage so you can revisit or print it.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain business records, improve the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Hosting, email delivery, form processing, analytics, payment, or scheduling providers may process limited information on behalf of Computer Pros LLC. The final deployed configuration should list selected providers here before launch.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing john@computerprosllc.com, subject to legal and operational requirements.
